The Smith & Wesson® M&P15 Sport™ II is a quality AR-style semi-auto rifle, offered at an affordable price. The Sport II comes with a forward assist and a dust cover to enhance reliable function in rugged tactical environments. The upper and lower receivers are constructed from 7075 T6 aluminum with a hard coat black anodized finish. The upper receiver has a full Picatinny rail and the gas block has a 3-lug rail for mounting optic or iron sights. The barrel features a durable, corrosion resistant Armornite™ finish; and a 1 in 9″ twist. The threaded muzzle comes equipped with a caged flash suppressor. The gas key, bolt carrier, and firing pin are chromed for reliable function and ease of maintenance. A 6-position CAR butt stock allows shooter to adjust for the perfect fit according to stature or clothing. The Smith & Wesson M&P15 Sport II Optics Ready Semi-Auto Rifle is compatible with most standard AR15 components and accessories. Comes with one 30-round PMAG® detachable magazine.
