USED GUNS SALES POLICY AND ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
Inventory and availability on used, trade-in firearms fluctuates.
Each police trade-in weapon has a three day inspection period. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us about a return/exchange.
Individual officer orders will require the firearms to be shipped to a FFL dealer in your area. If any agencies wish to purchase used firearms Kiesler’s will require department/agency letterhead. Kiesler’s accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, bank money orders or cashier’s checks. Department orders are shipped open account.
Kiesler’s sometimes receives confiscated sporting/hunting/target weapons on trade from police departments. We offer these firearms for sale to the police officers, but we cannot sell sporting guns on a police letterhead. To order a sporting shotgun such as an M-1100, 10/22, M-94, etc., the officer needs to send us a copy of his or her police ID and a copy of their local dealer’s FFL (Federal Firearms License). We will then ship the firearm to the dealer, and they will do the ownership paperwork. Most dealers charge a small fee for this service. Since Kiesler’s only sells to police officers and agencies, this offer excludes civilians.
